Central Roofing Systems

April 2019 Dave and his crew from Central Roofing Systems replaced a roof on my seasonal property. Dave had requested cash for the job without an invoice. I asked how this would affect my warranty. Dave assured me in writing that it would not effect the warranty. The job was completed and Dave was paid in full. Approx. One month later after some rain the roof was leaking in 5-6 locations and had damaged newly installed ceiling tiles. Dave said he would be back and look at it. A couple weeks later Dave advised a couple of seams had not sealed and he had fixed the issue. As this is a seasonal property and I winter in Fla combined with Covid19 I was not back to the property myself until June 2020. At this time we had approx 10 areas showing leaks again ceiling tiles damaged as well as furniture stained.
